The laser cut program is as follows:
1. Observe the safety operation regulations of general cutting machine. Start the fiber laser in strict accordance with the fiber laser starting procedure.
2. Operators must be trained, familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment, and master the relevant knowledge of the operating system.
3. Wear labor protection articles as required, wear protective glasses that meet the requirements, and protect yourself during the laser cut program
4. Before determining whether the material can be irradiated or heated by laser, do not process the material to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam.
5. When the equipment is started, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization or be managed by the trustee. If it is necessary to leave, the operator should shut down or cut off the power switch.
6. Put the fire extinguisher within reach; Close the fiber laser or shutter when not processing; Do not place paper, cloth or other flammable materials near unprotected fiber laser
7. If any abnormality is found during the laser cut program, the machine should be shut down immediately, and the fault should be eliminated in time or reported to the supervisor.
8. Keep the laser, bed and surrounding sites clean, orderly and free of oil. Workpieces, plates and waste materials shall be stacked as required.
9. When using gas cylinders, avoid crushing the welding wire to avoid leakage accidents. The use and transportation of gas cylinders shall comply with the regulations on gas cylinder supervision. Do not expose the cylinder to direct sunlight or close to heat sources. When opening the bottle valve, the operator must stand on the side of the bottle mouth.
10. Observe high voltage safety regulations during maintenance. Every 40 hours of operation or weekly maintenance, every one hour of operation or every six months, follow the regulations and laser cut program.
11. After starting the machine, manually start the machine tool in the X and Y directions at low speed to check whether there is any abnormality.
12. After entering the laser cut program, first test it and check its operation.
13. When working, pay attention to the operation of the machine tool to avoid accidents caused by the cutting machine exceeding the effective travel range or the collision between the two machines.
The fiber laser cutting machine focuses the laser emitted by the laser into a laser with high power density through the optical path system in the laser cutting program. The fiber laser irradiates the surface of the workpiece to make the workpiece reach the melting point or boiling point.
